Marushin nisai Doitsu Kohaku, 45cm male. Classic three-step pattern: a solid head Hi that leaves the nose white, a large plate across the body, and a long step running toward the tail. With no scales to break it up, the Hi reads smooth and even against bright white. Doitsu Kohaku show their pattern edges like no other koi, and these are clean. A sharp-looking young male.
