Marukyu sansai Kohaku, 56cm female. The pattern is a busy stepped Kohaku: a head Hi that sits back from the nose, a broad shoulder plate, then a run of smaller plates and side steps all the way back to the tail. There’s plenty of white cutting between the plates, so the pattern reads clearly from above. The Hi is a solid, even red and the shiroji is clean. A long, well-built female with a lot of pattern to enjoy in the pond.
