Marushin nisai Kohaku, 45cm female, straight out of this fall's ikeage. A broad Hi plate covers the head and shoulders, stopping short of the nose. After a white break, a long stripe of red runs down the back toward the tail. The Hi has an orange tone with visible scale texture, and the white between the plates is clean. The pectorals are clean white. A simple two-step pattern with a strong shoulder plate, easy to read from above.
