Will suction dirt and debris up to 3/8". Discharge hose is 8' and a mesh bag collects coarse debris. Dirty water discharge in approximately 30 seconds. 16' cord. The vacuum is not a continuous vacuum and will stop as the unit is filled and automatically discharge the dirty water and then automatically start up again.
