Growth Plus - Our Specialy formula to produce massive bodies on carp. Formulated with unprecedented amounts of Antarctic krill, shrimp and white fish meal , this formula's main objective is to produce a maximum growth and superior body conformation. With the exception of the readily convertable carotenoids from the krill and shrimp, there are no other color enhancers added to impair the unmatched growth performance . Common carp convert the nutrients much more effectively into size when they don't expend valuable energy on putting on color.

This is best used when the temperature outside is over 70 degrees F. This will allow the high protein in the foods to be assimilated better. The more you feed in summer months the better the results you will see. It should not be un common to see growth from 3 to 8 inches per year. Plus, if this happens you know you are feeding the right amount and providing good water . As anybody will agree, you want to see your beautiful fish grow from small to large and enjoy them doing so.

This has the highest amount of protein levels of any of their foods at 42%. This will not enhance the beni (red) of the koi. This is great to feed to fish that do not have any beni color. We feed this food to all of our fish and remains a staple to our Shiro Utsuri. It should be fed when the pond temps reach 65 degrees or higher. Do not under estimate the ability of the body to put on weight during the summer months. Feeding the correct foods in the correct seasons will give you the best chance at raising them.
